Return to the Goats: A Tour to see What’s New at Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery.
The Illinois Club took a tour there 4 years ago and got to see all the goat part of the enterprise. This one would be more on the new things they have–several new buildings, craft classes, and other activities. We hope to include a simple craft.

Something to think about: we have an Events page under the Calendar, which (blame MikeH) currently shows the details of actual events (e.g. the Spring Fling), and Newcomer events, and Tours, each with their own “prefix” identifier
- Event: Spring Fling
- Tour: South Farms
- Newcomers: Riggs on Thursday
As a general principle, it is “best” for detailed information to only be entered in “one place”. Thus the question becomes:
- where is the “best place” for Tours details to be posted?
And the same question arises for Newcomers, and the-next-thing if there is one… Now is the opportune moment to make some good choices for the future.
